This is an in-person, one-on-one, signature Reiki experience guided by Heather-Rae Bang. The client enjoys feelings of serenity and restoration as they receive this vibrational healing practice. During this energy ‘tune-up’, clients return to a balanced functioning on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki can be helpful to people who are addressing a wide range of health conditions such as headaches, insomnia, back pain, cancer, heart disease, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. It may even be used to help recovery of injuries and surgery. Price can vary due to variables like session time and location.

DISTANCE

Time and space are no biggie when it comes to Reiki healing. Can’t make it to my healing studio? Don’t worry! I can send healing light to you or your beloved pet - anywhere in the world, at any time. All we can tell you is that it REALLY works and my clients really enjoy the ease of Distance Reiki because it works with their busy life, travel plans, when they moved to another city, or those days when they don’t want to deal with L.A. traffic and parking. Reiki practice doesn’t address the symptom or the condition directly in the way conventional medicine does rather it balances the person or animal’s whole system and brings them back to a greater sense of balance and ease within herself/himself and with that there is symptomatic relief, which to me — is priceless.

ANIMAL

Although Reiki is commonly used on humans, it can also be effectively used when working with animals. Reiki can help to strengthen the connection between an animal and owner. Reiki can help to maintain health on physical, emotional and energetic levels. Reiki can help increase an animal's feelings of relaxation and reduce tension in anxious animals. Because Reiki is simple and easy to administer, it is a wonderful alternative therapy for animals. Reiki is non-invasive and will help healing occur where it is needed most. Reiki helps increase the body's awareness of imbalances and the body then does the healing, therefore, Reiki can never do any harm. The animal is in control of the session. They can be in the location they choose and do not need to be confined or restrained.

  • I was fortunate to have a Reiki session with Heather-Rae this month. I have had previous experiences with Reiki so I had an idea of what to expect and went into the session hopeful that it would be a good experience. I was not disappointed. It was one of the best Reiki sessions that I have had and I wish I had found Heather-Rae sooner. From her gentle demeanor and calming presence to her knowledge and understanding of what it is she is undertaking you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you meet. This allows you to truly enjoy the session to come. It's always difficult to describe Reiki to those who are yet to experience and I understand that we all get something a little different. So apart from assuring you that you will feel the warmth from Heather-Rae's energy and an absolute sense of calm and stillness it is hard to suggest what your journey will bring you. For me it answered some questions I didn't even know I had and left me in a deeply relaxed mood for the rest of the day.   • Being around Heather-Rae and her amazing energy is already just enough for me. So when I went in for my reiki appointment, I was really fucking excited.
